Body System Cleanse Programme

Every day, the body processes an extraordinary volume of substances that need to be identified, neutralised, and eliminated: metabolic waste products from normal cellular activity, environmental toxins arriving through air, water, and food, chemical additives and preservatives from processed foods, heavy metals, pesticide residues, and the hormonal and inflammatory by-products of stress. The liver, kidneys, gut, lymphatic system, lungs, and skin all share the work of this continuous elimination process. When any of these organs becomes overloaded or sluggish, the others compensate, and eventually the accumulated burden begins to manifest as symptoms that are easy to dismiss or attribute to other causes.

Skin that breaks out or looks dull regardless of what is applied to it. An unpleasant body odour that persists despite good hygiene. Preparatory Phase

Getting Ready for the Cleanse

This phase runs for the first two days and reduces the shock of moving into active cleansing. It is not about strict restriction but about creating the right conditions for what follows and allowing the body’s elimination systems to transition smoothly.

Coral-Mine begins on day one and continues without interruption for the entire thirty days of the programme. Mineralised, alkaline water is the foundation of every detoxification process in the body: it supports the kidneys in filtering and excreting water-soluble toxins, improves blood and lymph fluidity, and maintains the electrolyte balance that all cellular processes depend on. Dissolve one sachet in 1.5 to 2 litres of clean, still water and sip throughout the day between meals. Begin each morning with a full glass on an empty stomach.

Alongside Coral-Mine, use these first two days to remove the dietary inputs that place the greatest burden on the detoxification organs: processed food, fried food, alcohol, excess sugar, and chemical additives. Increase vegetables, fruits, and light proteins. Sleep for at least seven to eight hours. Begin gentle daily movement, whether walking, stretching, or light yoga.

Active Cleansing Phase

Stimulating the Detoxification Pathways

This phase runs from day three to day twelve and is the most active part of the programme. It introduces the botanical products that directly stimulate the liver, intestinal, and lymphatic elimination pathways, with products introduced in a deliberate sequence that allows the body to respond progressively rather than being overwhelmed.

ParaFight provides a synergistic blend of twelve plant extracts, including black walnut leaf, cloves, garlic, thyme, sage, and oregano, working together to address pathogenic and parasitic organisms in the digestive tract that contribute to internal toxin production and impair healthy gut function. Begin with two capsules twice daily, morning and evening after food, from day three. Take with a generous amount of water throughout the day.

Coral Black Walnut provides black walnut hull extract, one of the most well-established botanical agents for intestinal cleansing and the elimination of harmful organisms from the gut. Black walnut’s active compounds, particularly juglone, have antimicrobial and antifungal properties that complement the broader action of ParaFight. Take one capsule in the evening from day three.

Coral Burdock Root supports the liver, kidneys, and lymphatic system with burdock root extract, a botanical with a long history of use as a blood and tissue cleanser. Burdock root stimulates bile production, supporting the liver’s capacity to process and eliminate fat-soluble toxins, and has a gentle diuretic effect that supports the kidneys in clearing water-soluble waste. Take one capsule twice daily from day three.

From day six, add Assimilator and Super Flora to the programme. These two products work together to protect and support the digestive system during the most intensive phase of the cleanse, ensuring that the bowel remains comfortable and functional as it processes and eliminates the waste being mobilised by the botanical products above.

Assimilator provides plant-derived digestive enzymes alongside vitamins A and D, improving the breakdown and processing of food and reducing the fermentation and putrefaction in the gut that contributes to the internal toxic load being addressed. Take one capsule with each main meal.

Super Flora provides lactobacillus and bifidobacterium probiotic strains to maintain the balance of beneficial gut bacteria during the cleansing phase, preventing the dysbiosis that can develop when pathogenic organisms are being actively cleared. From days nine to twelve, reduce the ParaFight dose to one to two capsules daily as the most intensive cleansing work transitions toward the elimination phase.

Continue Coral-Mine, Assimilator, and Super Flora throughout this phase. Increase Super Flora to two capsules twice daily to maximise microbiome support as the gut works at peak elimination capacity. Continue Coral Black Walnut and Coral Burdock Root at the same doses as before. Reduce ParaFight to one capsule twice daily.

Support the body’s elimination efforts with increased daily movement, as physical activity is one of the most effective ways to stimulate lymphatic flow and circulation. Continue drinking your full daily Coral-Mine water without exception. If possible, include one or two sauna or steam bath sessions during this phase to support elimination through the skin.

Restoration Phase

Restoring Balance and Stabilising Results

This final phase runs from day twenty-one to day thirty and shifts the focus from active cleansing to consolidation and restoration. The body’s internal environment has been cleared, and the task now is to re-establish the healthy microbial, enzymatic, and mineral foundations that sustain it.

Continue Super Flora at two capsules in the morning and one capsule in the evening, gradually transitioning to one capsule in the morning from day twenty-six onwards. Continue Assimilator with each main meal and Coral-Mine daily. The botanical cleansing products, ParaFight, Coral Black Walnut, and Coral Burdock Root, can be phased out as this stage progresses, following the body’s response.

Focus the diet during this phase on rebuilding: plenty of vegetables, quality protein, healthy fats, and fermented foods to nourish the restored gut flora. Avoid returning to the dietary habits that contributed to the toxic accumulation in the first place. The programme is most valuable when it marks a genuine transition point rather than a temporary intervention.

Maintaining and Protecting the Results

After the thirty-day programme is complete, a micro-cleanse of two to three days every three to four months, using ParaFight, Super Flora, and Coral-Mine, helps to prevent the gradual re-accumulation of the burden that this programme has addressed. Daily Coral-Mine water, consistent physical movement, adequate sleep, and a diet built around whole foods rather than processed ones are the habits that make the programme’s results lasting.
