"I'm here to guide you step by step: product selection, key benefits and help with your order. Let's find the best choice for your health together."

Varicose veins affect a significant proportion of the adult population and are far more than a cosmetic concern. They develop when the valves inside the leg veins weaken or fail, allowing blood to pool and the vessel walls to stretch and bulge under the pressure of venous backflow. The result is the familiar pattern of raised, twisted veins visible beneath the skin, often accompanied by a heaviness or aching in the legs, swelling around the ankles, a restless or uncomfortable quality to the legs in the evenings, and in more advanced cases, skin changes, cramping, and a persistent fatigue in the lower limbs that affects how comfortable it is to stand, walk, or simply get through the day.

The causes are multiple and often overlapping. A genetic predisposition to weak vein walls and valves is common. Prolonged standing or sitting, pregnancy, excess body weight, hormonal changes, and a sedentary lifestyle all increase venous pressure in the legs and contribute to the progressive weakening of venous tone over time. Once the valves are damaged, they cannot fully repair themselves, but the venous wall tissue itself responds to nutritional support, and the inflammatory and circulatory processes that worsen the condition can be meaningfully addressed.

This 30-day programme works across five interconnected areas: strengthening the vein walls and improving venous tone, supporting lymphatic drainage and reducing oedema, protecting connective tissue and restoring its elasticity, providing antioxidant protection to vascular tissue, and supporting the internal hydration and digestive health that affect venous pressure from within. Please consult your GP before beginning, particularly if you have been diagnosed with deep vein thrombosis, have significant venous ulceration, or are taking blood-thinning medication.

Strengthening the Vessel Walls and Venous Tone

CircuPhyt is the most targeted supplement in this programme for venous health. It contains diosmin, one of the most well-researched phlebotonic compounds available, alongside extracts of gotu kola, horse chestnut, and ginkgo biloba. Diosmin works by increasing the tone of the venous walls, reducing their tendency to stretch and pool blood, and decreasing the permeability of the capillary walls that allows fluid to leak into surrounding tissue and cause swelling. Gotu kola supports the integrity of the connective tissue within vessel walls and improves microcirculation. Horse chestnut extract contains aescin, a compound with well-documented anti-oedema and vein-toning properties. Ginkgo biloba further supports microcirculation and reduces the oxidative stress on vascular tissue. One capsule in the first half of the day with food.

Visi-Prime is primarily formulated for eye health, but I include it in this programme specifically for its combination of lutein, zeaxanthin, omega-3 fatty acids, and vitamin E, all of which contribute to capillary health and vascular protection. Lutein and zeaxanthin are carotenoid antioxidants that protect capillary walls from oxidative damage, reduce vascular inflammation, and improve the structural integrity of fine blood vessels throughout the body. The omega-3 content reduces systemic inflammation, which contributes to the weakening of vein wall tissue over time. Vitamin E supports the elasticity of blood vessel walls. One soft capsule daily.

Improving Microcirculation and Reducing Swelling

Liposomal Curcumin reduces vascular inflammation through multiple pathways simultaneously, improving the fluidity of blood and reducing the stickiness of platelets that contributes to sluggish venous flow. In the context of varicose veins, its most relevant action is the inhibition of pro-inflammatory cytokines, including TNF-alpha and interleukin-6, both of which drive the chronic vascular inflammation that weakens vessel walls progressively. The liposomal delivery ensures the curcumin reaches vascular tissue efficiently. Five millilitres once daily, mixed into a glass of water or juice. Shake well before use.

LymFlow is the most direct supplement in this programme for the swelling and fluid accumulation that so often accompanies varicose veins. It contains cherry pedicles, black currant leaves, parsley, and hibiscus extracts, all of which have well-documented lymphatic drainage and diuretic properties. Cherry pedicles and black currant leaves contain coumarins, tannins, and vitamins C, B1, and B6, which normalise the circulation of interstitial fluid and promote the excretion of excess fluid and toxins through the lymphatic system and kidneys. The swelling of the ankles and lower legs that accompanies venous insufficiency is largely a lymphatic drainage problem, and LymFlow addresses this directly. One capsule three times daily, ideally with water between meals.

Supporting Connective Tissue and Vascular Elasticity

FlexiCor is included in this programme not for its joint properties but for its role in connective tissue health more broadly. The venous wall is a connective tissue structure, and its strength and elasticity depend on adequate collagen synthesis. FlexiCor provides glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM, vitamin C, manganese, and bamboo extract, all of which contribute to collagen and elastin production and to the repair of the connective tissue matrix of which vein walls are composed. Bamboo extract is one of the richest sources of silica, a mineral directly involved in collagen crosslinking and connective tissue resilience. One capsule twice daily with food.

MSM provides organic sulphur as a direct cofactor in collagen and elastin synthesis. The elastin fibres in vein walls give them their ability to expand under pressure and return to shape, and it is the degradation of these fibres that contributes to the permanent stretching seen in varicose veins. Ensuring adequate sulphur for ongoing collagen and elastin maintenance helps to slow this process and support what elasticity remains. One capsule daily.

Antioxidant Protection for Vascular Tissue

H-500 provides antioxidant protection at a cellular level, neutralising the free radicals generated by the chronic low-grade vascular inflammation that drives progressive vessel wall weakening. It supports healthy cellular energy production in the vascular endothelium and helps to protect the mitochondria of vessel wall cells from oxidative damage. One capsule twice daily.

Pure-C provides vitamin C in the PUREWAY-C form for superior bioavailability. Vitamin C is an essential cofactor in collagen synthesis and is directly required for the hydroxylation of proline and lysine, the amino acids that give collagen its structural rigidity and cross-linking capacity. Without adequate vitamin C, collagen fibres in vessel walls cannot form or maintain properly. Vitamin C also has direct antioxidant effects on vascular tissue and supports the repair of capillary damage. One capsule daily with food.

Hydration, Digestive Health, and Venous Pressure

Coral-Mine maintains optimal hydration and blood rheology throughout the programme. Blood that is adequately hydrated and mineralised flows with less resistance through the venous system, reducing the pressure on already compromised vein walls. The alkalising effect of Coral-Mine also helps to reduce the inflammatory tone of the internal environment. One sachet in 1.5 litres of water, sipped throughout the day between meals.

Daily Delicious Hi-Fiber Acai and Blueberry supports healthy bowel function throughout the programme. Chronic constipation and straining at stool significantly increase intra-abdominal pressure, which is directly transmitted to the leg veins and is one of the underrecognised contributing factors to varicose vein progression. Ensuring regular, comfortable bowel movements reduces this pressure and is a practical and overlooked aspect of vascular health management. One measuring scoop in 150 ml of water once daily.

Lifestyle Recommendations

Supplements are one part of managing varicose veins. Movement is equally important: even short walks of fifteen to twenty minutes several times a day activate the calf muscle pump that propels venous blood back toward the heart. Avoid prolonged standing or sitting in one position. Elevate your legs for twenty to thirty minutes each day, ideally in the evening when swelling tends to be worst. Compression stockings are worth considering for people who stand for long periods, as they provide mechanical support to the venous return. Avoid tight clothing around the waist or thighs that restricts venous return.

The programme runs for thirty days and can be repeated two to three times per year for sustained benefit. If you would like to discuss this programme or have questions about any of the supplements, please reach out through the contact page.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need all ten supplements?

CircuPhyt is the most essential supplement in this programme and the one I would always start with, as it directly addresses venous tone and capillary permeability. LymFlow is the second priority if swelling is a significant symptom. Pure-C and MSM provide the collagen synthesis support that every vascular programme needs. H-500 and Liposomal Curcumin add antioxidant and anti-inflammatory protection. Coral-Mine should run throughout as the daily hydration foundation. I am always happy to help you work out a realistic starting point based on your main symptoms.

How long before I notice any improvement?

Most people notice some reduction in the heaviness and aching in their legs within two to three weeks, particularly once CircuPhyt and LymFlow are in place and the lymphatic drainage is improving. Visible changes to the appearance of the veins take considerably longer and may be modest, as the structural changes to vein walls are gradual. The programme is more reliably effective at reducing symptoms and slowing progression than at reversing established varicosities. I would encourage repeating the programme two to three times per year for the most sustained benefit.

Can I take this programme alongside medication for venous disease?

Please speak with your GP before starting if you are taking prescribed medication for any vascular or circulatory condition, including anticoagulants such as warfarin. Vitamin C, omega-3 fatty acids, and some herbal extracts can affect platelet function and blood clotting. If you have been diagnosed with deep vein thrombosis or have a history of blood clots, please discuss this programme with your vascular specialist before beginning.

I had sclerotherapy or laser treatment for my varicose veins. Can I use this programme afterwards?

Many people find that nutritional support after sclerotherapy or laser treatment helps to maintain the results by strengthening the remaining vein walls and reducing the likelihood of new varicosities developing. This programme is well suited as a post-treatment maintenance approach. Please discuss the timing with the practitioner who performed your treatment, as they may have specific recommendations about when to begin supplementation after a procedure.
