How long before I notice any improvement in joint pain or mobility?

Most people notice some reduction in morning stiffness and a modest improvement in daily joint comfort within two to four weeks of consistent use, particularly as the Boswellia, Liposomal Curcumin, and Omega-3 begin to build their anti-inflammatory effect. Can I take this programme alongside prescribed arthritis medication such as NSAIDs or DMARDs?
